Ordering from outside the 48 contiguous United States

Shipping charges for orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States are NOT calculated automatically on this website.

Orders can be placed by using contactus@forloveofthehorse.com or calling 315-395-3831. Once an order is placed, For Love of the Horse customers abroad will promptly receive an email with a list of shipping options and charges from which to select. Correspondence can then be handled by email or phone.

For Love of the Horse has no control over any duties, customs, tariffs, or import fees imposed by your local customs service. All applicable duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To place an order by phone, call 315-395-3831 between 8am and 6pm Monday - Saturday Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping / Handling

All international orders will be shipped via the United States Post Office.  You will be given two options for shipment: Global Express and Global Express Guaranteed.  Insurance is free for up to $200 US Dollars.  For orders over $200 US dollars, please specify if you would like insurance.  We will include that charge in the initial email of confirmation along with your shipping prices and options.   PLEASE INCLUDE COMPLETE ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER.  This is required for both shipping methods for calculations. The United States Post Office does not ship on National Holidays.  If your order is processed on one of these dates, you will be notified of the expected delay in shipping, usually between 1 and 3 days.

 Backorders

If we are unable to send your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and US Holidays), we will notify you promptly regarding the expected delivery date.  Normally this will be no longer than 5 to 10 business days.

 Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
